Peacemaker Season 2 Gives The Show's Best Villain A Surprising New Twist

Such a great series. I’m really enjoying it.

I forget the exact wording, but Blue Dragon also mentions seeing his other, our, version of himself as a dark and twisted creature.

I expect that moment is what really caused him to change and be more understanding. A moment of reflection of what he could be.

I think this episode and character highlights how much of a positive force Superman really is.

In our universe the Justice Gang fought the giant Kaiju. In the Earth-X universe Blue Dragon and his sons fought the same Kaiju. In the Earth-X universe they fight off the “bad” guys, but aren’t looking to really make changes. In our universe the Justice Gang fight the bad guys, but when it comes to the international conflict they’re willing to just sit by and let it happen.

It’s Superman that pushes them. Obviously it’s a complex international conflict, but Superman is willing to fight to prevent death, even if he’s alone in that fight.
