I’ve seen lawnmowers at my grandparents’. But even if I inherited a house, I don’t have the income to maintain it - I think the taxes and fees alone might be more than I currently pay in rent.
fees being more than average rent is unrealistic unless your rent is “cheap”
if your house is to big, you need to fill it with more paying people
I wrote “taxes and fees”, not “fees”. And yes, my rent is low (because I only rent one room).
The boomer sits on the HOA board that has been preventing new construction in the past 30 years.
