Israel kills police officers, children in Gaza

In Gaza, Israel killed 10 Palestinians, including children, and injured many others in a series of airstrikes on Wednesday, amidst intensifying attacks against Palestinian police and security personnel in an effort to degrade civil governance inside Gaza.

The Wafa news agency reported that Israeli aircraft targeted al-Daraj, a neighborhood of Gaza City, a group of people in Jabaliya, and a civilian vehicle in Khan Younis.

The Khan Younis attack killed a police colonel who was a senior figure in the Palestinian interior ministry. At least 17 people were also wounded in that strike, according to Al Jazeera.
