I need to freshly try thinking about this problem in reverse
Something that seemed to help mine (I assume it’s something like asthma/allergies, I’m too broke to find out yet) is I made a big air purifier by taking a 20” box fan and taping a 20"x20” anti-allergy HVAC filter to the inlet side. Works way better than any other air purifier I’ve tried.
