Good god this documentary is incredible. It follows a group of Ukrainian Soldiers as they have to 2000 meters through a “forest” that is completely surrounded by mine fields to liberate a village that is called Andriivka. By forest I mean a small strip of trees and fox holes.
It is brutal and close quarters combat throughout.
It is very well done.
This was pretty intense, but very good.
One thing that struck me was how well equipped the Ukrainian forces were. They had top tier gear.
Also I want to know the fate of the cat.
All of the frontline docs I’ve seen are fantastic, I’ll have to watch this sometime!
Same. Frontline is the best, I have watched it for decades.
If you found the reality of the Vice GoPro video of Abu Hajaar and co. interesting then I’d recommend this too. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aM3ElTvF52I
Thanks for the recommendation. I will check it out when it gets in front off a better screen and get back to you.
