No, the guy in the pic is getting actively railed in that scene. He is laying on his back, and iirc his legs are up in stirrups on the other side of the wall. There’s like 15 or 20 guys in these little cubby things with their bottom halves exposed to strangers who are fucking them.

The video is staged, obviously, but it’s actually a real thing you can find at some bath houses from what I gather.
