Or the part where Jesus says to sell your possessions. Or the parable of the poor widow. And probably a dozen other places that I canāt recall off the top of my head.
They didnāt randomly decide they didnāt like gold, they do have a few reasons for it.

I believe theyāre referring to āCantoringā, wherein parts of the liturgy are sung by the priest/minister.
Some Protestant churches also do this.
